Former Tenant
Pros:
There is almost no Pros except rent stabilized rent.
Cons:
Bed bugs, million of roaches (exterminator comes not in regular hours, and not every month), Led paint problems, Electrical problems (you cannot turn on 2 AC, or AC and microwave- will be without electricity), Flud due to constant water pipes problems, Crazy landlord who yells at your every time you ask for help with appartment issues. Super attendant who dissappear during a day and cleaning garbage at midnight that all houses can hear....
Advice to owner:
Please find professional property manager who actually can adress issues.
