To the best of my knowledge, correct
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, some what secure, proper garbage disposal.
Cons:
Broken mail drawers, must pick up mail at post office. Some times mail not sorted by postal workers for weeks. NO MAIL, bills and various statements, INCLUDING RENT STATEMENT.
Advice to owner:
As per Postal Service request, repair Drawers and provide locks for mail boxes.

Worst Property Management (Slumlords)
Former Tenant
Pros:
The subway is a short walk away. The neighborhood is pretty decent and convenient.
Cons:
Worst landlord ever, everything you can imagine. They don’t do any maintenance and the building has a pest issue. Dire need of maintenance.
Advice to owner:
Treat people living in your building with human dignity. Do a 180 on your current standards and you should be fine. Shame on you.
