Nice area/close to subway
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is secured by the cameras. Super lives in. Short walk to subway and a lot of grocery’s around
Cons:
Mouse problem appeared once in a couple of months.
2 washing machines and 2 dryers for entire huge building for A and B (one is almost always broken)
Advice to owner:
More washing machines please!
