    Location is good

    Pros:
    Clean and peice
    Cons:
    Smell, floors are badly noisy, elevator is always broken, laundry machines are not good, bugs
    Advice to owner:
    Clean bugs, and install nice nets for the window and fix the floors to not hear creaks
