good and bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that there is an elevator and laundry in the building
Cons:
I don't like the lack of responsibility about certain repairs. no renovations unless something is visibly broken.

This building has a roach and mice problem, really disgusting.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best thing I could say is that the neighborhood is decent.
Cons:
I had a terrible experience my first night moving in, one of the neighbors put trash in front of my door, while I had a few friends over for my birthday. There is a roach infestation and there’s mice.
Advice to owner:
I’m not sure if there’s anything to do about the roaches, that was my main problem.

Filthy! Carpets throughout rarely gets clean with dirty spots all over.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is nice n quiet.
Cons:
Building is filthy, like really filthy inside and out. Nothing gets cleaned. There are carpets on every floor with dirty spots all over!! And it never even gets vacuumed. EVER! And it's known to have beds bugs outbreak...three times!
Advice to owner:
Do maintenance in the building. Have a super that cleans each floor once a week! Or at least one a month! Remove those dirty ass carpets and get hardwood floors.
