Pros:
Split level on the garden floor
One of the rooms has a small terrace
Cons:
Roaches, mice and water bugs (the BIG brown ones).
Needs updating and renovation
Home Owner controlled heating (ergo, cold in the winter time 🙄)
Advice to owner:
Get quality people to do work on this home. Not people you know. The job will get done better and more timely.
