The absolute worst landlord!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Park with active drug users
Cons:
Charles McLean turned off our water supply and I had no running water for three young children ages 3,2 and 6 months. I had to call 911, in which the police officers inspected that there were no water leakage and told Charles McLean to turn back on the water. Charles McLean kept our security deposit and had the audacity to send us a bill charging us for $380 to clean his about 10 year old carpets. Charles McLean is a money hungry vulture!!! There was a heating issue in which I had to buy portable heater for my young children. Until, Charles McLean gave us access to the boiler in which you have to juggle with and restart ... a old failing boiler. This complicated process was done every couple days during the winter. There was a mouse infestation and Charles McLean lived in another state and I was told that’s New York living for you. Charles McLean had no care or concerns for my three young children. Charles McLean cared solely about collecting his rent.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property!!! Give the property to someone that cares about people not just collecting money every month:
