Just horrible

Pros:
Great friendly neighbors.the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful my kids love it
Cons:
I been here for a year my apartment is horrible.landlord doesn't pick up the phone the super never does a complete job.whole building infested with roaches. My windows still broken when i move here.window guards. never got replace, landlord replace my kids room door with a broken. Another.broken door fill with roaches open holes all in my house. Landlord threat you with eviction if you make a report to 311
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants you as want to be treated
