Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is really no pro about the home. But the neighborhood is really good at the time I was there.
Cons:
The landlord takes forever to fix things , no heat , horrible water pressure , it was a rat in my home due to the lack of work done when fixing the kitchen. The landlord left a big hole in the wall that leads to outside! We had a raccoon in our roof every night and sometimes on the window or scratching at the back door that was in a bedroom ! Landlord is just money hungry and don’t care what conditions you live in just want to collect checks ! He stop getting the grass cut because it was to much money a month which was $100 a month ! Piles of trash on the side of the home
Advice to owner:
Sale your home to someone who will actually keep up with it !
