Not So Great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location for shopping areas Close to parks and not too far from transportation
Cons:
If they are cleaning, it’s in vain, because you couldn’t tell...
Advice to owner:
Get new suppers and find a better door man

Don't judge a book by it's cover
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to public transportation
Cons:
Tenants are loud, rude disrespectful. Cannabis can be smelled throughout the building especially in the hallways. People are hanging out in front of the building smoking cannabis. Cleanness of the building is good but tenants and their guests do not maintain. Management can be rude and dissmsive when you call the office about a complaint
