The area is very nice, some parking and quiet neighbors.
The landlord & the Real estate broker lied about the apartment. They stated the home was a legal 2 family, however forgot to mention there was an apartment in the back that was occupied by another tenant.
Stop defrauding the government by collecting rent you are not entitled to.
