barely no heater in winter, also there's students comes into the building for smoking and doing drugs in the morning I I want landlord do something about it to get extra security in the morning until 12:00 and we have that security until 4:00 we want extra security we pay rent and we don't want to have to worry about going out because they're students instead of going to school their students in the building doing drugs that they not even living here they're invading our building that's not even theirs we have our rights as a tenant we pay rent here we want to be safe while going out and not having to smell their smoke second hand smoking is bad landlord has to do something about this issue it's been going on for years again we pay rent we have the rights to feel safe we need extra security in the morning from 8:00 to 12:00 and then 12:00 that regular security comes in until 4:00 afternoon please do something about this this is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous these students come here for no reason and smoke here and do drugs and they don't belong in this building then invading our space
Advice to owner:
have radiator Heat throughout the winter it's barely on and it's been cold at home during the cold winter days.... we need extra security in the morning 8:00 to 12:00 and the regular shift is 12:00 to 4:00 in the morning they come in the students instead of going to school they come here to smoke and do drugs that's ridiculous we pay rent we have the rights to feel safe we we want extra security security guard from 8:00 to 12:00 and 12:00 the regular shift 12 to 4:00
