Needs Work and A lot of TLC.
Former Tenant
Pros:
- They finally have cameras - They have Recycling bins
Cons:
- The Hallways walls are clipping and need To be painted ASAP. - The Lobby Floors need to be redone because there are holes. - Superintendent and men who come to do jobs in the apartments aren’t so professional because the job is Sloppy and the problem comes back quicker then it was before. -Landlord Don’t understand the Conditions the building is in or does and does not care. -Dust Everywhere in the hallway and stairs.
Advice to owner:
Please clean the building, Redo the walls in the hallways and the stair railings need to be redone as well. Clean up the Backyard on the sides of the buildings, there’s Trash and leaves and other things there that need to be cleared up. And When Attending to Apartments , Seriously please Send PROFESSIONALS for the Right jobs. No half done work other wise you’ll get a call to have to come back again. Please and Thank you. Ask tenants who need a new coat of paint on their doors. Make the Building Look somewhat decent at least.
