The landlord is very greedy trying to evict tenants in 8th section as he wants to increase the rent of the apartments to a market price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is close to the Ocean.
Cons:
The Property owner has harassed his old tenants and takes them to court in order to get the rent being raised. The elevator is broken very often, one or two times each month. For old and sick tenants, who live in this building it is a total disaster, when the elevator is broken, because they cannot use stairs and therefore stay at home all day long until the elevator is fixed. There is also no heat in the tenants' apartments because the Property owner saves money and it is extremely cold in the building during Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy, Give heat to tenants' apartments. Put a new elevator in the building. Stop harass old tenants.
