Avoid this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing good can be said
Cons:
The super is lazy and never fixes anything. Conditions are unsafe and unlivable

This place sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
There’s no pros, maybe the elevator exists, that’s it.
Cons:
The super doesn’t give a shit about your problems nor is he in any rush to fix them, remarkable how he’s still alive considering he should have had a stroke and died by now with how loud he yells whenever you ask him to fix something.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the super and mark the front door of the lobby as a place you can’t sit in front of. It’s a fire hazard

Filthy building the worst I’ve seen
Former Tenant
Pros:
None at all to be honest
Cons:
Filthy building super does absolutely nothing
Advice to owner:
Get a new super? Nothing at all gets done with him also get rid of the drug dealers and people running rooming houses that you know about?ok mail theft going on all the time crack heads in and out of the building and the super doesn’t do anything at all about them he allows them to sleep in the hallways.

Theft, drug addictions and dirty
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s spacious & decent rent
Cons:
The building is dirty from the elevator to the floors, there is constant theft of packages and the super doesn’t care to do anything about it. Cameras are installed but don’t work. Anything you ask of to the super, it’s always a problem. There is smoking in the building and nobody does anything about it. He only puts the heat on when he feels like it
Advice to owner:
The management needs to change, we pay this rent for what? To be spoken to like we are below the super, the super speaks to us like we are a piece of shit, he yells and always has attitude; it can never be a civil conversation.
