Lovely but needs…
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Great apartment layout for families with all bedrooms on the same side. -Lovely period details with crown molding and arched entryways. -Very clean building
Cons:
-Restaurant/bar behind building can be loud during warmer weather months. -Kitchen and bathrooms are older. Some apartments are updated but not all. -It can take a while to get one thing fixed if it’s not urgent.
