Buyers / Renters beware

Pros:
Good location. Laundry in the Building. Evening doorman.
Cons:
The building is old and the floors in each unit (unless renovated) are old. If you are the unfortunate one who lives below a neighbor (family + house animal), with squeaky floors you will not get any rest, day or night. Especially if they are obnoxiously loud and active walkers, who constantly drag furniture and drop items on the floor. If the house animal has zoomies, it's either very early mornings or late nights. You can also hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors flush the toilets. Buy or rent with caution. If you are looking for a quiet home where you can rest, then look elsewhere. This is not the place for peace.
Advice to owner:
The property management, United Management, is indifferent to Tenant complaints. They will not resolve issues nor answer e-mails as a mere courtesy. If you search them, they have bad reviews.
