Not pretty anymore

Pros:
It's close to every transportation and restaurants.
Cons:
To many rats by outside garbage. Building not clean Management is never able to help fix apartments
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive to your employees needs and also your tenants needs

Decent neighbors live here
Cons:
Heating could be much better! Also pest control could be better. Elevators are under construction or take forever.

Please stay on top of issues.

Rats, cockroaches, centipedes, spiders, plumbing issues, water floods, rude manager, leasing team is horrible, renewal team even worse, just stay away from them!
Advice to owner:
Try to improve your customer service and think of those who trying to communicate with you but you're always unavailable

The super and maintenance man were very attentive.
Cons:
Big management company doesn’t care about tenants. Apartments did not have heat in the winter.
