Don’t do it .
Former Tenant
Pros:
No brokers fee. Cheap application fee of $17.
Cons:
The big water bugs that you’ll find in the hallways , laundry room and sometimes your apartment. As clean as you may be, constant roaches from others apartments of all sizes .It’s super loud in here as though everyone is in the same unit , there’s no insulation between the walls and floors . You can literally hear your neighbor FART and snore. People around you above/under you do not care about others . The noise level is insane, you will be woken up out your sleep numerous amounts of times throughout the night or day . You do not always get your mail but you are guaranteed to get other peoples mail. Packages also have been stolen even with the lobby having cameras . The workers will go into your mailbox and also your apartment without notifying you at all , prior and after. There’s no one to complain about the lack of management effort to be proactive and rectify concerns , they just collect a check it seems , as told to me by the building workers as well . There’s no heat in the winter and when there is it’s for a very short amount of time. On the outside the apartments look nice but on the inside it looks like the apartment was thrown together for the next fool to take up occupancy. They will keep your security deposit too , make up random things in order to keep it as well. The super would walk around drunk in the hallway . If you hang curtains , you’ll be charge for the holes you make in the wall, as per said super . Its a non smoking building but it’s always cigarette and weed smells in your house from either above , next door or below you. It’s just horrible .
Advice to owner:
The management doesn’t respond . The people that do work in the building daily are also no responsive and as humble and nice as you might be , will still blow you off and/or lie to your face . The higher ups do not answer emails but they will respond so that they can tell you they’ve passed on your complaints .

Don’t move here or any of their locations
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious and look nice at first glance
Cons:
NO HEAT IN THE WINTER , except for MAYBE an hour a day - 2 hours the most and at separate times. Big water bugs and roaches, even after the supposed exterminators are supposed to come ( I’ve never seen them or had their work done in my apartment). THE LAUNDRY ROOM MACHINES ALWAYS BREAK AND ARE CRAWLING WITH WATER BUGS !!! The workers enter your apartment and mailbox as they feel to, without your consent . you will not always receive your mail .The noise levels are ridiculous. Thin walls and no insulation , your neighbors only care about themselves . The incinerator rooms are always obstructed because of said neighbors not caring for others . The maintenance are lazy and hate fixing things that you didn’t break . They come when they please without an email or a call and then they get mad that you’re not home to answer them . They lie on one another so that you don’t confront them on their lack of doing their jobs and doing underhanded things . They also pass around your personal information .
Advice to owner:
Don’t rent from them , it looks good on the outside but their apartments are a scam and barely worth the rent . If you choose to go see any , look closely at everything, everywhere in the apartments . Talk to at least 5 current tenants, especially at 2790 Bragg street location . Not
