Fairly decent apartment

Pros:
Modern style apartment with decent space for the price and pet friendly. Access to free parking lot just a block away.
Cons:
Washer and dryer leaks often and you have to drain it. Heat doesn’t work in the winter and unit doesn’t come with air conditioner. Sink is poorly designed as the water splashes everywhere when you try to use it. Poor plumbing in bathroom
Advice to owner:
Hire real plumbers often times plumbers would come in to fix our bathroom and they wouldn’t really do anything useful to de escalate the situation. Need to hire pest control more often, lobby room has bugs and there is an ant problem
