Rented here for 2 years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Such a warm and wonderful community - even as a renter, this place felt like home.
Cons:
On a lower floor that faced the interior courtyard and backyard area, the one thing I wish we’d had was more natural light, especially in winter

Lots of nice young folks (late 20s through early 40s). Thick walls. Great location.
