Management Unresponsive to Major Problems

Pros:
- Nice neighborhood - Decent Appliances
Cons:
- Our unit (and several others, from chat with tenants) has mice. Management has been totally unresponsive, claiming they'll send an exterminator and never doing it. After several months, units still have mice - Occasional cockroaches
