Do not rent here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance staff was nice.
Cons:
It’s loud, poorly organized and my landlords kept my security deposit so they could get their floors redone. They left appliances broken and refused to fix them. We had to pay for the fixes on our own.
Advice to owner:
Pay better attention to who is leasing to tenants. Especially 4G.
