Pros:
Elevator that they fixed while I was there. The location is rad
Cons:
Loud neighbors. No amenities at all. Dirty and smelly sometimes because no double door. Packages stolen.
Advice to owner:
Clean up the building it’s a great spot and add laundry in basement.
