Charming BKH Building

Pros:
Amazing location and love the street this building is on. This is a condo building and so each unit is owned individually. The units are nicely sized and maintained. The building has all the amenities of a doorman building including package pick-up from carriers. The building is well maintained and cleaned regularly by staff. The garden in the back is extremely beautiful and charming.
Cons:
Kitchens are typically smaller in this building and the elevator is pretty slow. Right on the BQE so some units face that way, but with city windows it’s ok noise wise and worth it for location and what you get. Have had some break ins where packages were stole downstairs.
Advice to owner:
Install new security cameras and better lighting outside at nighttime
