    Nice building in vibrant area
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes. TJ is only 10 min walk. Very nice rooftop and building and neighbors not noisy.
    Cons:
    Fire department very close by.
    Noisy at weekends.
