Responsive and understanding

Pros:
Few units, private outdoor space, incredible super, flexible and understanding management company, no major issues

Location of thermostat, weird sound tunnel

Pros:
It’s a really well maintained building. Our super is attentive and really helpful. The management company is responsive and communicative. I adopted a cat recently and wasn’t sure what the fees would be - no pet fees and we were told they encourage adopting pets in need. We haven’t had any issues that weren’t resolved quickly and without friction. Best experience I’ve had in NYC with a management company.
Cons:
I really don’t have anything negative to say.
