Very bad landlord

Pros:
ok apartment! solid deal
Cons:
Worst landlord situation i’ve ever had, the landlord illegally piped our gas into our neighbors apt- drilling through a firewall (extremely illegal). In the middle of the night there was a large gas leak that could have killed us. We went without gas- heat, hot water, stove usage for 6 months while dealing with Abes BS. Did manage to not pay rent for that time thankfully, but would advise anyone to avoid this landlord
Advice to owner:
Nothing is worth putting someone’s life in danger
