Close to stuff. Trash/roach haven
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near nightlight and train. Can be as loud as you want
Cons:
Constant trash, cockroaches and mice. Right near above subway (noisy)

Myrtle Broadway apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train, full of community vibes, large spacious common space, roof access, close to Bushwick + bedstuy, exterminator frequently visits
Cons:
Roof leaks, never cleaned in halls and stairs, trash blows in from street, smokers in stairwell, Popeyes smell wafts in occasionally, front door poorly maintained, mailboxes are a mess
Advice to owner:
It's sort of slummy, could use a facelift inside and out.
