Very bright apartment

We have experienced rats, mice, 2 different types of fly infestations, our heat barely works that we had to buy space heaters, the smell from the radiators smells like smoking mold, and the landlord has harassed other tenants. Landlords responsiveness has improved over our lease but was very limited in the beginning. Large trucks are constantly driving up the street nearby so be prepared to hear that even when sleeping and many men linger near the apartment and harass women

Great location thats it.
Cons:
Everything. This building has mice, flies, mold and the heat never works. The landlord is extremely rude and will only come to fix a problem when you threaten to call 311. And when he does show up he doesn't even fix anything. This building is genuinely unsafe to live in.
Advice to owner:
Learn to take better care of your building.
