Great apartment overall

Pros:
GREAT super close to the subway central heating and air beautifully renovated building
Cons:
Management is very hard to get ahold of the concrete in front of the building got torn up three separate times in the 18 months I lived here we had issues with the AC during heat waves and management was very unresponsive big rent hikes after leases
