Could have sued landlord for harassment

Pros:
Location is great and the building is clean.
Cons:
I lived here for a year and heard the landlord make several racist remarks to myself about almost every nationality. Landlord would message me often with contradictory demands including :
1. Posting signage preventing tenants to take out trash or recycling unless it was during a very short time frame. When I got a mouse in my apartment she blamed it on “the dirty Chinese girls”. 2. Tells me that I need to take my moving boxes out to a certain location only to change her mind and have me move all 50 of them to a location across the street. 3. Would constantly harass me about my shoes and plant in the hallway ( legally allowed) even though she had them herself when she lived there. 4. She had me send payment to her direct deposit then complained that I was sending to her business instead of personal (even though it was the one she gave me).
After a year of her constant harassment I stood up and quoted housing rights and building code, which she retaliated by refusing me a new lease.
Advice to owner:
Sell your property to the people you think are harassing you. You are tired and over stressed which is causing delusions about your tenants.
