Nice place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-maintained, they send a guy every month to check for bugs, nicely renovated, layout makes sense
Cons:
No central A/C, heat could be warmer, heat is not controlled by tenant except by valve, and windows do not properly close
Advice to owner:
Please fix the windows

Don't live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
High ceilings. Decent layout.
Cons:
Heavy metal bar (and 200 person music venue) St. Vitus is next door neighbor. It gets really loud. You can hear the music through the walls and the vibrations. Dozens of people congregate in front of the building during show nights. There is a cockroach problem and they are regularly spraying chemicals. Stairs are incredibly steep steps.
Advice to owner:
Soundproof the units. Remediate the cockroaches. Follow through on tenant repair requests.
