Great location, terrible management

Pros:
The location of this building is great, its looks fairly new, and is across from a laundromat and many restaurants/cafes/stores. Haven't seen a bug.
Cons:
There is major construction occurring and high noise levels from it and being so close to a street. The management is extremely unresponsive and will not answer phones or fix issues as they arise. The super is great, but god forbid he takes a day off ( that when we ran intro trouble)
Advice to owner:
be responsive and be proactive in fixing issues
