Former Tenant
Pros:
Getting deposit back was ok, even thought it was delayed
Cons:
In the winter, radiator often does not turn on. At all times in the year, there is often no hot water or not enough hot water - get used to taking cold showers. Roach problem in the whole building. Rat problem in the basement. Thin walls. Owner will try to raise rent illegally. Owner is unresponsive and will not fix your problems. Neighbors are ok and generally friendly.
