The worst building ever

Pros:
Near the ocean
Cons:
Very noisy apartments, crazy neighbors, poor window quality, they get air through
it was built for temporary housing so it remains the same
Advice to owner:
just rebuild the entire building

Pros:
Laundry in the building; 4 washers 3 dryers
Packages are mostly safe and untouched
Neighbors are friendly
Organized garbage and recycling disposal area
Dishwasher
Trash shoot for after hours disposal
Near the beach really nice to walk on the boardwalk
Cons:
Pest issues in apartment and building in general got worse overtime.
Walls are thin can hear through the wall, noisy wood floors can hear neighbor in the next door apt and above apartment.
Covid regulations were barely followed in the building ie no mask wearing of tenants or porters, cleanliness of building got worse overtime.

Advice to owner:
This building can be better managed and better taken care of.
