terrible building
Former Tenant
Pros:
there are barely any pros. living near the beach is nice. thats about it.
Cons:
water pressure is terrible if you live on the 16th floor and have a balcony, you will have your living room flooded everytime it rains hard. been living here 10+ years and its always a new excuse why they cant fix it. basically the building was poorly designed and the only way to fix that issue is rebuilding that area entirely which they will never ever ever decide to do. EVER. heat is on sometimes? i noticed the colder it is, the less heat there is. people always smoking weed in the hallways. roaches everywhere! getting an exterminator is pointless because the roaches are in the building all over, so they will always come back. overall a terrible building. noisey neighbors who blast music until 1am every other night. overall gross people. avoid this terrible building at all costs.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to the 16th floor. No reason over 5-6 apartments deal with floodings everytime it rains hard. Sent probably over 100 complaints with the time i lived here and still nothing. HIRE MORE MAITENENCE. HIRE MORE ELECTRICIANS. YOU HAVE ONE MAN WHO COMES FOR ANY AND EVERY ISSUES THAT NEVER GET SOLVED WHEN HE PROBABLY ISN’T EVEN QUALIFIED FOR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. FIRE HIM AND GET NEW STAFF!!!!!! YOU INCREASE RENT EVERY YEAR JUST FOR YOU NOT TO TAKE CARE OF THE BUILDING AND IGNORE TENTANTS PROBLEMS!!
