Great Building, Confusing Management

Pros:
Everything generally worked, AC stopped working and they stopped fixing it
Cons:
As the building transitioned to condo, the management stopped caring

Good area, I lived here when no one wanted to come to Brooklyn
Cons:
So many violations and unwillingness to correct them
Advice to owner:
Fix your properties don’t be greedy and racist
