Criminal Management Office and janitor employees. Great maintenance line staff.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Impeccable maintenance employees (Will, Wilson, and Charles)and security staff (Frank, Eric, etc.). They are professional and hard workers. They go above and beyond the effort to complete their task assignments...
A Job well done!
Cons:
Rude and criminal Office Management staff and janitor employee.

Both office management (Ms. Blankenship and Maxine) and the janitor (Jose) accepts money under the table for apartment move ins and/or apartment transfers and work order repairs.

The women in the management’s office will move an applicant’s wait list number up quicker on the apartment waiting list after being paid cash under the table (no money orders or checks accepted). In addition, the women’s friends and family members receive preferential treatment on the apartment waiting list over a regular applicant or tenant as well.

The janitor will also perform certain work order repairs or emergencies if you pay him by cash under the table. A criminal act that was often done by his predecessor, Patrick.
Advice to owner:
An audit review/investigation of staff performance and financial records is highly recommended.
