Great place for Pratt students at the edge of a good neighborhood

Pros:
Very spacious living room
2 bedrooms are good with ample light
Close to Pratt Institute
Close to great restaurant and bars
Cons:
Close to BQX - thus very noisy and polluted
Very narrow staircase to the second level
One bedroom's window opens out to the BQX and thus bad
