Hell on Earth
Former Tenant
Pros:
newly renovated unit too bad it burned down
Cons:
The landlord KEN is an absolute scum of the earth scammer. Will take your deposit because of normal wear/tear and will not provide LEGAL documentation providing what the massive cost went to. "Super" aka Ken's SISTER lives on the second floor yet she does absolutely nothing except complain about things that she or her brother should be taking care of. Buzzer doesn't work on purpose even though that is against the law and they will not fix it. Ceiling collapsed in kitchen because of water damage, took months to get fixed. Do not fall for this trap

Landlord is a scammer
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice units, unfortunately some burned down
Cons:
management was horrible, claim a super lives in the building but we cant contact her. the buzzer purposely does not work. issues will not be addressed for months but they will keep your security deposit for a few scuff marks on the walls.
