Great landlord, amazing renovation

Pros:
Landlord is amazing. She is very nice, responds 24/7, attentive to any problems i have and always solves them quickly. I just resigned my lease and she did not increase my rent. Neighborhood is great, very safe and nice community feel. The apartment was renovated by the landlord’s husband who works in construction. He really did a great job. No holes anywhere, very clean and well maintained, never saw bugs not even an ant. Building is also very well maintained, they clean the hallway once a week and it always smells amazing.
Cons:
No cons at all. The walls are pretty thin so i can hear my neighbors but this is nyc :)
