761 Manhattan ave Unit 1
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location during the day Tons of Space
Cons:
This unit is located right above the Good Room, an insane nightclub, the whole unit shakes at night until about 4 am when it closes. and is subject to tons of rowdy street noise afterwards until 6 am.
There is no natural light in living area and it is completely dark during the day.
