Super is not the friendliest
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great price, great area
Cons:
Super is quite aggressive and stalks the cameras all day so don't expect privacy. Management of your apartment can be described as DIY
Advice to owner:
Get a larger management team

Get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very reasonably priced, great location, rent controlled. All neighbors we've met are nice.
Cons:
Someone has to come fix the boiler every single seasonal switch between heat and AC. It often takes a while for this to happen. Multiple carbon monoxide alarm scares.
