Pros:
Spacious, light apartment with lots of storage, many windows, lots of floor space and outdoor space
Cons:
Windows are super leaky leading to high energy bills, roof has clear issues that lead to leaking into the upper bedrooms

Landlord is very responsive
Cons:
Right next to the highway. During peak hours cars that were not able to make the lights would honk their horns.

Cons:
Constant stream of tenants coming in and out of building
Landlord did not fix issues which lasted up to 5 years
and would fix them on the cheap
