Pros:
Spacious, light apartment with lots of storage, many windows, lots of floor space and outdoor space
Cons:
Windows are super leaky leading to high energy bills, roof has clear issues that lead to leaking into the upper bedrooms

Right next to the highway. During peak hours cars that were not able to make the lights would honk their horns.

Cons:
Constant stream of tenants coming in and out of building Landlord did not fix issues which lasted up to 5 years and would fix them on the cheap
