Looks lovely, tiny apartments and horrible managment

Close to many trains, on a beautiful block, gets great light
Cons:
When we moved in there was shit in the toilet, holes in the walls, and the lock was brokend

The management is unresponsive
We’ve had several leaks, floods, problems with mold, pests, basic equipment not working like heat and a/c, so much disrepair

Get it together and take care of your tenants

Just had a flood, landlord never wants to fix anything, rent increases are insane every year, pest infestation, packages get stolen.

Care more about your tenants, invest in the property.

Beautiful apartment terrible management

The apartments are beautifully renovated. Lived there for a year and it was clean and never saw any pests.
Cons:
Worst building management I’ve ever experienced. Unresponsive and shady. Even though the apartment looked beautiful, there were a lot of issues (no hot water for days on end, the oven door falling off, etc) and the management took days to even respond and didn’t have a proper super for fixing things. Also doesn’t give security deposits back. I left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in and they deducted a “cleaning fee” that wasn’t stated anywhere in the lease.
