Worst Management Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apt was newly renovated, but thats about where it stopped.
Cons:
The bathroom ceiling was leaking from the plumbing in the unit above. Would drip on you when sitting on the toilet. Wouldn't reduce or abate rent. Was like this for weeks. Completely rude management company.
Advice to owner:
Don't buy any more buildings!

Okay first rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent sized apartments and new appliances.
Cons:
Had a mouse problem on the top floor, though it was resolved fairly quickly. Owner refused to fix our intercom though which was broken for four years, requiring us to walk down four flights of stairs to let guests or delivery inside.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Disorganized management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good natural light, new appliances, nice large trees in the backyard.
Cons:
The management company might as well be non existent. It takes them ages to respond to any emails and getting them on the phone is practically impossible. I fought them for 2 months after moving out (apartment was in great shape) to get my security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Pay attention to your building! Fix things when they’re broken. Keep your books organized! RESPOND to your paying renters!!!
