Great apartment in a less than great neighborhood

Pros

Great super (shout out to Sergio!) Can barely hear neighbors (except for when they're in the hallway) Great rooftop deck

Cons

We were the first people to ever move into the building, yet there were many flaws (microwave didn't work (management did get us a new one ASAP), leak in the bathroom, issues with front door app. Raising rent - too expensive for dangerous neighborhood
