textbook slumlord.
Former Tenant
Pros:
neighbors are kind and friendly, everyone minds their business, the views from the roof are cute.
Cons:
rude, aggressive, litigious, negligent landlord. you’ll never get repairs or replies. random people knock on your door saying they’re from the management office, it’s all very suspect. the building’s basement is completely infested with rats that practically run the building. roaches pretty comfortable too. it’s an old building and not well maintained, it’s loud af 24/7 due to proximity to BQE, and everything is dirty.
Advice to owner:
i think this property owner is too far gone, to be honest.
