Not renewing lease

Pros:
Very quiet building in good location
Cons:
The building stairs are always dirty/disgusting, management absolutely sucks, we had a huge pest problem when we just moved in that was not under control and took a lot of back and forth to get to a better place. Heat is either on when it's not supposed to be like in 70 degree weather and off when you need it most. Overall mid experience and will not be renewing when my lease is up.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about your tenants or hire real management

Great neighborhood poor management

Pros:
-Great location near the park, food and shopping, and the subway -Decent sized rooms -Neighbors are nice -Beautiful view of the park/water/the city on the roof
Cons:
-Lots of mosquitoes, roaches, and other insects -Managment hard to get a hold of/will make excuses for everything/ they are nice but super incompetent -second floor is right about Judy's bar and is super loud -Stairwell is dirty
Advice to owner:
-Get a better super that answers the phone and comes to fix things when scheduled -PEST CONTROL
